About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join its Executive Management Team. The CPO will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, compliance, employee relations, and total rewards. This role is pivotal in the organization's commitment to a person-centered approach, and the successful candidate will be tasked with bringing innovative, people-focused, and solution-driven strategies to the HR function. The ideal candidate will have a background as a CPO or CHRO, with experience in healthcare, multistate operations, and healthcare regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of team growth and development in a high-growth, acquisition-focused environment. The Chief People Officer will play a key role in the company's mission to support individuals and their families, and will be instrumental in creating a cohesive, centralized HR function that is scalable and effective. The role requires a leader who can bring a structured approach to HR, and who is adept at fostering a culture of growth and development within the team. The CPO will work closely with the Executive Management Team to ensure that the organization's HR strategies align with its overall goals and values, and will be a champion for the company's commitment to helping individuals live their best lives.
