Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their leadership team.
Our client is an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders. Their teams work every day to deliver the highest standards of care, advance the science of the developing brain and empower parents, professionals, and policymakers to support children when and where they need it most. Together with their supporters, they're helping children reach their full potential in school and in life.
The CMO is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that strengthens brand identity, expands audience reach, and aligns marketing strategies with fundraising and revenue objectives. This role oversees brand reputation management, digital marketing, media relations, and content development, ensuring that messaging effectively reaches key stakeholders across multiple channels.
The CMO will lead demand generation, donor acquisition, and go-to-market strategies, expanding the organization's reach and impact on both national and global levels. Additionally, they will oversee data-driven marketing performance, budget management, and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize marketing effectiveness and drive sustainable growth. The CMO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall organizational strategy and decision-making.
Reporting to the President, this a full-time, exempt, hybrid position (minimum 4 days in officer per week) located in our Midtown, New York Headquarters.

Pay Range
The anticipated salary range for this position is $300,000 - $330,000 USD annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
