We’re looking for enthusiastic Charity Events Assistants to join our fast-growing outreach and fundraising team. This hands-on, entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to support meaningful nonprofit events and campaigns that create real community impact.

As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute public events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns. You’ll represent respected nonprofit organizations and build community connections through face-to-face engagement and event support.
Assist with organizing and running charity events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
Support on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, signage, and volunteer coordination
Engage attendees, donors, and supporters by sharing campaign goals and inspiring involvement
Manage event supplies, materials, and communications to ensure smooth execution
Collect and maintain accurate donor and supporter information for follow-up and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to guarantee successful events
Participate in training sessions to build skills in outreach, communication, and event management
