We’re hiring Charity Events Assistants to join our fast-growing outreach and fundraising team! In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll support meaningful events and campaigns that directly benefit mission-driven nonprofit organizations.

As a Charity Events Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing public events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns. You’ll represent respected nonprofit organizations and help connect communities to impactful causes through face-to-face engagement and logistical support.
Assist in organizing and executing charity events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising programs.
Support on-site logistics including event setup, registration, signage, and volunteer coordination.
Engage with event attendees, donors, and supporters—sharing campaign goals and encouraging involvement.
Manage supplies, event materials, and communications to ensure a smooth event experience.
Collect and maintain donor/supporter information for reporting and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure events run successfully.
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance outreach, communication, and event coordination skills.
