Job Title:Caregiver – CNA, HCA, or Willing to Get Certified (Belfair Area) Company:Generations Home Care Job Type:Part-time and Full-time | Flexible Scheduling Pay:$19.00 – $37.00 per hour(Based on certification, shift length, and location) Location:Serving Kitsap County — High need in Belfair, Allyn, and surrounding areas About Us:At Generations Home Care, we’re a local, family-owned agency providing in-home care services across Kitsap County. We’re looking for kind, reliable caregivers who want to make a real difference — and we’re especially in need of caregivers in the Belfair area. Whether you're already certified or just starting out, we’ll support you. We even help new hires become certified as a CNA or HCA (within 200 days of hire). What We Offer: * Flexible scheduling – We work with your availability * Competitive pay – $19–$37 per hour depending on case * Bi-monthly pay – Get paid on the 10th and 25th * Bonuses – Earn up to $150/month for strong performance * Full benefits (for full-time staff): * Health, vision, and dental insurance

Supportive office team available 24/7 * Paid training and help becoming certified if needed * Opportunities for growth within the company What You’ll Do: * Assist clients with: * Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing) * Meal prep and light housekeeping * Medication reminders and mobility support * Transportation to appointments or errands * Companionship and emotional support * Use our private employee app to review care plans and clock in/out * Communicate with our office if concerns arise during a shift Requirements: * CNA or HCA license (or ability to obtain within 200 days) * CPR/First Aid certification * Ability to lift 25+ lbs * Willingness to travel within the Kitsap County area * Able to use a mobile phone app for scheduling and documentation * Must pass a background check We'd Love to Meet You If You: * Live in or near Belfair, Allyn, or North Mason County * Are compassionate, dependable, and have a heart for helping others * Want a job that values your work and gives back what you put in Apply Today!Join a team that truly values caregivers and supports you every step of the way.
