The California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) is currently seeking an Information Technology Specialist I (IT Spec I) in the Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB), Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD), Business Application Support Services (BASS).
The IT Spec I will serve as the primary administrator for CalPERS’ Microsoft Dynamics platform, supporting system configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and user management. In addition to Dynamics, this role will provide support for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, open enrollment processes, legacy applications and other critical business systems. Responsibilities also include routine system validations, and acting as the first point of contact for user requests across multiple systems.
