Our hospitality client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Human Resources department. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys working in a dynamic, people-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and preparing documents
+ Assist with onboarding, I-9 verification, and new hire orientation coordination
+ Maintain accurate employee records and support data entry into HRIS systems
+ Coordinate internal communications and support bilingual correspondence
+ Help track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related documentation
+ Support the planning and execution of employee events and HR initiatives
Requirements

+ 1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software/systems
+ High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
