Position Summary
As a Banquet Server, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service during a variety of events including corporate banquets, weddings, private gatherings and exclusive VIP events.
Every event is different, and we value individuals who can adapt with a positive attitude to last minute changes and unique client needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications such as tables, linens, and place settings.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during and after events.
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, wiping windows, and maintaining overall event space appearance.
• Follow directions from supervisors and event captains to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
