Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end to end business and data analysis activities within the Wealth Management cluster Design and execute comprehensive data analysis strategies to improve portfolio management outcomes Collaborate with product technology and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimization Provide expert insights and recommendations to senior management based on data findings Oversee the quality and accuracy of data used in wealth management decision processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate analysis results to diverse audiences Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data handling and analysis.

Role Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance wealth management platforms, drive digital transformation, and deliver data-driven insights to improve client experience and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering and solution design for investment advisory, client onboarding, and portfolio platforms.
Partner with senior stakeholders across product, compliance, and technology to align business goals with digital capabilities.
Analyse client behaviour, product performance, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
Oversee UAT, change management, and post-deployment reviews for key initiatives.
Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments related to wealth products and platforms.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in business analysis, with strong experience in wealth management or private banking.
Deep understanding of advisors/RIAs engagements, reporting and experience.
Deep understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and digital platforms.
Overall understanding of capital markets in general.
Good technology orientation, understanding of data and data base concepts.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Exposure to Agile delivery, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM platforms.
