Brand Marketing and Creative is responsible for creating compelling, brand-relevant marketing and creative for our B2C and B2B customers. As a supporting member of the Brand Marketing and Creative team, you will work with the Creative Designer and Creative Director to combine creative innovation with marketing expertise to create engaging creative that resonates with existing and potential guests at Choice Hotels, all of this while driving bookings and brand love.

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Creative Designer. You will have 5 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
As our Associate Creative Designer, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we're located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.
Right now, our associates in corporate headquarters are working in a hybrid environment, up to 4 days per week in the office and virtually from your home office the remaining days. We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 annually.
The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
