We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to help lead our dynamic Imaging Experience team in capturing one-of-a-kind memories at one of the most iconic attractions in the heart of New Orleans. Never a dull moment here! As the Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you will help guide the team in photographing guests and providing custom photo packages for retail at the end of their experience. If you are motivated by results and thrive in a guest-centric environment, this is the place for you. No experience in photography is necessary. We will train you!

As the Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you will:
  • Motivate, support, and assist in managing a team to achieve revenue goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in managing all aspects of operating a photo retail business, including guest service, operations, hiring & training, data & reporting, client relations, and business administration
  • Work directly with the Manager and leadership team to establish current and long-term objectives, plans, and policies
  • Read, analyze, and interpret data and reports to drive performance
  •   Confidentially and efficiently respond to inquiries and/or complaints
  • Effectively communicate with staff, host client, and leadership
  • Understand the basic functions of the capture/production/retail positions and be able to perform the functions as required (training will be provided on each)
  • Must be able to speak clearly and effectively and establish clear lines and methods of communication throughout the organization
  • Complete daily/monthly/and other reporting
  • Assist in scheduling and all business administration to run the business
  • Provide an amazing experience for guests visiting New Orleans and be the best representation of our client’s brand
  Summary of Experience
  • 2 years retail/customer service management experience (experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus)
  • Enthusiastic mindset that is motivated by results
  • Strong basic technical skills are helpful, especially with computers, tablets, or software-based tools
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Quick on your feet thinking and ability to multi-task
  • Experience in motivating and coaching staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral skills to communicate with staff professionally and effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients
  • Minimum High School or GED
Other:
  • Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
