Walnut Creek client is seeking an onsite Program Associate. The Programs Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the organization's programs by ensuring adherence to policies and assisting in their implementation. This role requires collaboration with Senior Programs Associates, other Programs Associates, and State Chairs, with the primary focus on supporting all stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and students, throughout the year. Additional duties involve customer support, technical documentation creation, program facilitation, and testing coordination.
Program Associate Key Responsibilities:
+ Enforce and maintain knowledge of company program policies and procedures.
+ Provide customer support via phone and Zendesk, including assisting during peak call volumes.
+ Support materials sales for the Administrative Assistant.
+ Develop technical documents and tools for organizational use.
+ Coordinate certificate organization, distribution, and facilitation of Certificate of Merit testing (online and in-person).
+ Participate in program material reviews for both digital and hardcopy Convention formats.
+ Provide seasonal support for membership renewals and contribute to archiving projects.
Requirements:
+ Availability to travel for Certificate of Merit testing and the annual Convention, typically around the Fourth of July.
+ Overtime flexibility during Convention Week and weekends in February and March.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in English, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and database systems.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
+ Effective time management abilities.
+ Experience with project management software.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
