Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join a team that values inclusivity, professional development, and collaboration. Accounting Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Process AP vendor invoices and statement reconciliations

  • Resolve billing issues with consultants, vendors, and clients

  • Prepare and submit client pay applications for approval

  • Distribute and process expense reports

  • Collect, input, and maintain vendor and firm information

  • Issue monthly consultant billing authorizations (and act as a backup for work authorizations)

  • Generate monthly reports and assist with collections

  • Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Accounting Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher (or currently pursuing a degree)

  • Background in accounting, AP, or AR preferred

  • Some prior office experience required; Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision experience is a plus

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer skills

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
